global user interface,
is designed to take full
advantage of 'Low Budget'
proprietary software
applications
within the Microsoft® family of
products.
Best defined as an entity, it will
provide a self contained hard and software environment that essentially will
define a security company and its' operation.
The 'whole' consists of four key
elemental modules that are intended to coalesce and function as a collective,
providing a seamless interaction:

negates the need for expensive applications, yet in combination with its'
integrated hardware support provides a level of functionality normally only
found within multi application dependencies of higher price points.
Much of its functionality
takes advantage of 'Off the Shelf' products, well known within the market

Response Centre provides
a
‘real-time' Key Event capturing communication log
controlling
and
managing its' unique relational databases.
It applies
individual pre-defined user access levels, which limit the input, editing
and viewing abilities of
each user, presenting them with a tailored, Role dependant application.
Response Centre
provides individual interfaces for the generic range of company disciplines:

the need for multi application dependency by interfacing with other
proprietary office/business software produced by Microsoft®.
The robust processes

is based are intended to ease the move toward industry accreditation

uniform, client site keys, equipment, vehicles, vehicle costs, new work, time
and attendance data, patrol data,
clients, sites, assignment instructions and employees.

Response Centre
provides a ‘Real Time’ view of all information relating to the
essential function and operation of the company, for both in and out of
hours activities.
Response Centre
automatically records essential management data required
for invoicing and cost control.
Alarm
response and attendance times are recorded and calculated automatically along
with all the relevant tracking of key access and time and attendance records.
Response Centre will provide controlled access and audit of company
and client assets.

provides the ability to import and evaluate vehicle GPS tracking data, create
interactive site maps, compile and
generate mobile patrol vehicle/driver duty sheets.
