Evolutions
(under development)
Response Centre is the core of our business but
during its'
development it has become apparent that, due to the fact that it incorporates
generic business practice and procedures along with those specific to the
Security Industry, elements and functionality can be extracted to provide
applications for other markets.
Response Evolutions will be a programme of evolution and exploration to not only identify new
markets but to provide robust products for them.
This part of the business is seen as
a natural progression created by the development process of
Response Centre it
will follow
on from it, not to detract from The Lancing Projects' core activity but
to supplement it.
Below are a few of the potential
Response
evolutions that have been identified to-date and currently exist
within the coding of Response Centre,
though not yet as individual entities.
As a functional element from within
Response Centre there is the capacity for a stand alone application that will
manage all aspects of running a fleet of vehicles and their operating costs.
There is the potential joining this
with a utility that
records booking information for vehicles, destinations, drop-offs and client
details.
Also, there is the potential for a
'Front of House' application that will record events, log visitors, produce and
issue them with Photo ID cards.
Finally, there exists the capability
for an occurrence recording log that is customisable, ideal for receptions or
client side on-site guard usage.
